The organiser swiss unihockey, the international Floorball Federation IFF and the participating teams have given the go ahead to carry out the IFF Champions Cup on the 15th/16th January 2022 in Winterthur (SUI). The game schedule was determined and tickets for these matches can be purchased as from tomorrow Wednesday at noon.
The IFF Champions Cup should have taken place in Switzerland at the start of this year. The draw was carried out at the end of September 2020, but a few weeks later, the event had to be cancelled due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The event will now take place one year later than planned at the same venue, the AXA Arena in Winterthur, Switzerland. Three new teams will be participating this time: Thorengruppen IBK from Sweden, Floorball Köniz and Kloten-Dietlikon Jets from Switzerland.

Because no WFC took place last year and the national ranking list is therefore identical to last year’s, the IFF Executive Committee has decided not to carry out a draw this year. The three new teams participating at this year’s event will be replacing the teams of last year from the same country. The game schedule is as follows:
