International Transfer window has opened on May 1st. The transfers will be made valid from 1st of July but the documents are alredy being sent for processing. We will begin our TOP transfer of the week news series with this week TOP transfers: Ruttimann, Gerig and Johnsson.
Corin Ruttimann returns to Piranha Chur after ending 2020/2021 season with Endre IF in the Swedish SSL’s semi-finals. Swiss forward joined Endre IF in January 2021 for the play-offs. The 29-year-old has participated in 136 international matches with Swiss National Team, won the silver medal in WFC 2019 and 2009, bronze in 2017, 2015 and 2013. Ruttimann won the Swiss Championship title with Piranha Chur in 2010, 2012 and 2013 before she proceeded her career with Endre IF, to later move to IKSU with whom she won SSL’s Championship in 2016/2017 season. Isabelle Gerig will begin her Swedish yourney with Endre IF after winning Swiss Champion title in 2020/2021 season with Kloten Dietlikon Jets. The 22 year-old was a Swiss TOP player in WFC 2019 when she scored 4+8 and played a crucial role in the semi-final when she assisted to 4 out of 7 Switzerland’s goals to win in overtime 7-6 with Czech Republic.
Daniel Johnsson spent three seasons in Switzerland to now return to play his 12th season with FC Helsingborg.
