Michelle Wiki and Joonas Pylsy are the Most Valuable Players of the past floorball season in Switzerland. Also the best goalies, coaches and referee pairs of 2020/21 have been elected.

The elections were done by NLA-captains, NLA-coaches as well as media representatives.

Second MVP title for Michelle Wiki
For the second time since 2015/16 Michelle Wiki was elected MVP. With 26 goals and 13 assists, the player from Zurich scored the most points in the entire league during the qualification period. Her hunger for goals was not satisfied in the play-offs either, where she scored nine times and provided nine assists. Together with teammate Julia Suter (eight goals, ten assists) she also led the play-offs with most points. The 31-year-old crowned her last season with the Kloten-Dietlikon Jets by winning the Superfinal before moving to Sweden to join IK Sirius next season. In addition to winning the “MVP” category, the Mobiliar top scorer also received the most votes last week in the “MPP” (Most Popular Player) public vote.

Joonas Pylsy Men’s MVP
In the Men’s NLA, the Finnish national team player Joonas Pylsy won the Most Valuable Player award in his second season with SV Wiler-Ersigen. The 31-year-old was ranked seventh in the scorers list with 15 goals and 12 assists. He then got better and better in the play-offs and led his team to important victories. With 11 goals and 11 assists, his name was at the top of the play-off scoring list. Despite his valuable effort, SV Wiler-Ersigen lost to Floorball Köniz in the Superfinals. Pylsy has already signed for another season with the SVWE.
