– The decision to end a national team career is based primarily on work and personal reasons. Most of all, I realised that it was the right time to end, paradoxically in the best shape. I dare say that I am at the peak of my floorball career now. I wanted to end it with dignity and not break my knee for it, Urbankova says.
Although Urbankova has decided to leave the national team, she continues playing in the SSL. She has played two seasons in Malmo FBC and has now signed a new contract to continue playing in Sweden. Urbankova has previously played in KAIS Mora in 2015/16. In Czech Extraliga, Urbankova has played in Vitkovice, Herbadent and Chodov. With Chodov she won the Czech championship in season 2014/15. In total she has 4 gold medals from the Czech Extraliga.
