Five countries will be represented at the 2nd Africa Floorball Cup and both a men’s and women’s tournament will be played. The Africa Floorball Cup 2019 will be played in Nairobi, Kenya, September 20th – 22nd.
Originally seven teams had registered for the Men’s tournament but Nigeria withdrew on September 18th and Togo on September 20th, so the men’s match schedule changed. Also Uganda’s women’s team withdrew, so now Burkina Faso and Kenya are playing in the women’s tournament.

Burkina Faso is the reigning Women’s Africa Floorball Cup champion.
The Africa Floorball Cup will again be played using the Urban Floorball concept, with three versus three and goalkeepers and 2 x 15 minute periods. Mozambique, Kenya, Somalia, Uganda are participating in the Africa Floorball Cup for the first time. The event will start with an IFF Development seminar on September 20th and the games are played on September 21st – 22nd at the Moi International Sports Centre in Nairobi.
