The semi-finals have started in the men’s NLA and women will start their semi-finals this weekend. The Superfinal takes place 27th of April in Swiss Arena Kloten.

Men’s semi-finals

All the four teams that made it to the semi-finals were convincing in the quarter-finals. UHC Alligator Malans, Grasshopper Club Zürich and SV-Wiler Ersigen all ended the series winning the first four games. Waldkirch-St. Gallen and Tigers Langnau won their play-outs and will remain in the NLA. UHC Thun and Kloten-Dietlikon Jets are playing against the top two teams from the NLB and fighting for their places in the NLA.

Results from the first semi-final games:
Grasshopper Club Zürich – UHC Alligator Malans 6-2
SV-Wiler Ersigen – Floorball Köniz 7-5

The semi-finals are played with best of seven system.

Women’s semi-finals

In the women’s NLA, Kloten-Dietlikon Jets, Piranha Chur, Skorpion Emmental Zollbrück and Unihockey Berner Oberland made it to the semi-finals. Skorpion Emmental Zollbrück was the only team that took the series to the fifth game, other teams secured their placed earlier. The first semi-final games are played on Saturday and Sunday this weekend, with best of five system.
