The qualifications for the Men´s U19 WFC 2019 will be held in 3 regional events – two in Europe and one in Asia Oceania. These events will decide the remaining 5 places in B-division.
The European qualifications will be held in Moscow, Russia and Bolzano, Italy, and three teams will qualify – the winner of each group plus the 2nd best team overall. The Asia Oceania qualification will be held in Wellington, New Zealand and the two best teams in the group will qualify.

U19 WFC Final Round
The final round of the Men´s U19 WFC 2019 will be held in Halifax, ON, Canada from 8th – 12th May 2019. This will be the first time that the Men´s U19 WFC has been held outside of Europe. 16 teams will compete in A- & B-divisions. All A-division teams are directly qualified based on results from U19 WFC 2017. In B-division, 3 teams are directly qualified, while the remaining 5 teams will be decided through regional qualification events.
U19 WFC Final Round Playing system
A-Division: Every team plays each other once within their group. The top two teams after the group stage proceed to the semi-finals, while the other four teams have placement matches. The 8th placed team in A-division will be relegated to B-division for 2021.
B-Division: Every team plays each other once within their group. The top two teams after the group stage proceed to the semi-finals, while the other four teams have placement matches. The winner of B-division will be promoted to A-division for 2021.
