Top transfers of the week are national team players Mia Karjalainen (FIN), Katarina Klapitova (SVK) and Denisa Ratajova (CZE)

Finnish national team player Mia Karjalainen is transferring to the Swedish team Pixbo Wallenstam which came third in the Swedish Superleague last season. Karjalainen is transferring from the Finnish PSS Porvoo. The 30-year-old defender has been part of the Finnish national team in four WFC’s and has also represented her country in the U19 and four times in the University leagues.

Slovakian national team player Katarina Klapitova has decided to return to Switzerland after playing the past two years in Czech Republic. The 23-year-old forward is transferring from the Czech team 1. SC Vitkovice to the Swiss team Kloten-Dietlikon Jets. Klapitova has represented Team Slovakia in the past four Women’s World Floorball Championships and twice in the U19 team.

Czech national team player Denisa Ratajova spent her last season with the Finnish team SB-Pro which won the Women´s national championships in April where Ratajova scored the winning goal for SB-Pro on powerplay. Now the 22-year old forward has decided to move to Sweden to play in the Swedish Superleague team Pixbo Wallenstam. Ratajova has represented Czech Republic twice in both Women’s team and in the U19 team and she has also represented her country in the University league.

The International transfer period began on the 1st of May and continues until the 15th of January 2019. The transfers will be made valid from the 1st of July onwards, but the transfers can already be sent to the IFF office from the 1st of May 2018 for processing.
