The General Assembly of the Italian Floorball Association was held on April 22 in Polverara with a good participation of the clubs entitled to vote.
The General Assembly approved the technical report as well as the financials related to the period 2013-2016.
Giorgio Rambaldi was elected as the new President of the Italian Floorball Association for the period 2017-2020. Giorgio Rambaldi was born in 1983 and has been involved in floorball since 2002. He has been president of the club FC Milano since 2011 and member of the Central Board of the Italian Floorball Association the last 4 years. Giorgio Rambaldi was recently elected member of the IFF Appeal Committee.
During the coming 4 years, the Central Board will also consist of the following members: Daniele Coco, Tiberio Calamai, Gianfranco Concli, Marco Concli, Sandro Di Tomassi, Dario Falchi and Andrea Iezzi as representatives of the Clubs, as well as Stefano Murace and Alberto Coduto as representatives of the Athletes.
The new Education program was also presented at the General Assembly. The new program has a structure with 3 different levels of courses where each course is composed of 4 different modules: Education, Instructor, Referee and Floorball Development.
