Norway earned their place in the A-Division by winning against Estonia and Germany took a strong win against Australia during the last day of Men´s U19 World Floorball Championships 2017.

Norway – Estonia Final 12-2 (4-1, 4-0, 4-1)
The B-Division Final got a lightning start as with less than one minute played, Norway scored their first goal. Nine minutes later Estonia evened the score, but only five seconds later Norway were in the lead again. Estonia got a chance to even the score on powerplay, but Norway’s #12 Marius Pedersen skilfully snatched the ball and did a beautiful Zorro goal shorthanded. After 20 minutes, the Norwegians led the match 4-1. Norwegians scored another shorthanded goal in the second period and three regular ones. They controlled the match and after 40 minutes the score was already 8-1. All in all, Norwegians scored 4 goals shorthanded during the game. They won the match 12-2 and earned themselves a place in the A-Division.

Germany – Australia 11th place 9-3 (2-0, 5-3, 2-0)
In the group phase Australia won against Germany 3-1, but Germany were a whole new team today. They took control of the game and after the first period had a 2-0 lead. The previous matches seemed to have tired the Aussies. At 33:13 the score was already 5-1 for Germany. Whenever the Aussies scored in the second period, the Germans would score a few minutes later. In the third period Australia got a chance to score on powerplay, but were inefficient. Germany scored two more goals and won the match 9-3.
