First day of WFCQ 2017 EUR1 stated with two games and both Norway and Sweden took easy victories over their opponents.

The starting game of EUR1 was Norway against France and the Norwegians were able to take the control from the first moments of the game. French team, which now, is participating to the qualifications for the second time did their best and were able to keep the score even for the first six minutes and after that the Norwegian show started and continued until the end of the game.

During the third period France were able to play their own game for some time, because Norway didn’t push that hard all the time. 12-0 victory for Norway, who will play against Slovenia tomorrow.

The other game in the EUR1 group was even more clearer for Sweden even though Slovenia every once and a while, had their chances. Amanda Johansson Delgado and Anna Wijk, who was the MVP in women’s WFC 2015 were the heroines of team Sweden by scoring and assisting more than ten of the Swedish goals.

Swedentook very clear 25-0 victory over Slovenia and  will play against Denmark tomorrow, who will have their first game of the tournament.
