Czech Republic, Latvia, Hungary, Spain and Ukraine will play in the WFCQ EUR 4 on the 1st – 5th of February 2017 in Madrid, Spain
20 teams in total will compete in the Women´s World Floorball Championships Qualification European groups.
In Europe, there will be four qualification groups with two event locations – EUR 1 & EUR 4 will play in Madrid, Spain, while EUR 2 & EUR 3 will be hosted by Celano, Italy.
In Europe, each team will play once against each of the other teams in their group. Based on the results from these group matches, a total of 10 teams will qualify. In EUR 4 group Czech Republic (4) and Latvia (5) have the highest rankings and are thus the favourite to qualify to the final round. Last time Hungary (15) and Spain (19) met each other was in February 2015 in Latvia. Playing against each other twice and both games ended to a tie. Ukraine will play in WFCQ for the very first time.

Women´s WFCQ 2017 EUR 4 Team presentations
Czech team is one of Top four teams in the World. Therefore, their aim is to take the first place in the WFCQ group.
Players to watch
Eliška Krupnová Tall Czech forward, playing in Swedish club Pixbo, where she plays a leading role. She was chosen the best player in the last Swedish league superfinals.
Denisa Ratajová Universal player. Playing in Finland. She can play both defence and offence in front of opponent´s goal.
Hana Koníčková Universal player. She can play at defence although she played as forward, when she played in Finland last season.

The main goal for the Hungarian team is to play 4 great matches and reach the best possible placement in the qualifications in order to get to the world championships. They have a young team with a good potential for the next few years.
