The IFF Jury reported an incident in the Men’s Champions Cup final involving Henrik Stenberg making contact with the opponent goalkeeper’s helmet. The incident was not clearly seen by the match referees and was not penalised, however, after viewing the official match video, the IFF Disciplinary Function of the Champions Cup 2016 has decided that the matter should be referred to the IFF Disciplinary Committee for further review.

Reports of the incident have been requested from the match referees, the match Referee Observer, the match Jury, both participating teams and the cited player. These reports must be handed in to the IFF within seven (7) days and then the matter will be referred to the Disciplinary Committee.
