Finnish Katri Luomaniemi and Swiss Tanja Stella are the top transfers of the week.


Finnish player Katri Luomaniemi is transferring back to her home country. She is transferring to Finnish top team Classic. Classic came second last season in the Finnish league, but had won the title seven times within eight seasons before that. Luomaniemi has represented Finland in the 2011 and 2013 World Floorball Championships (WFC).

Swiss national team player Tanja Stella is transferring back to UHC Dietlikon (SUI) after playing five seasons in the top Swedish league, SSL. Dietlikon came second in the Swiss league, when they lost to Piranha Chur via penalty shots. It is said that Stella is transferring back to Switzerland due to family matters. Club manager Sascha Brendler is glad to have one of the best Swiss defenders back in Dietlikon:
– Tanja Stella has proven in the past five years that with her playing style and skills she is able to score goals and improve herself on the top level. We gladly welcome her back.
