CUF Leganes and Floorball Escorial will battle for the title in Spain 22nd of May.

Reigning champion CUF Leganes and silver medalist Floorball Escorial had the same amount of points after regular season, but Leganes took the first place due to their win against Escorial in the last regular season match. CDE Valle was third and CUF Las Rozas came fourth. This was the first time Rozas made it to the play-offs.

The semi-finals were played with a best of three system. CUF Leganes faced CUF Las Rozas and Floorball Escorial faced CDE Valle. CUF Leganes took two clear wins against CUF Las Rozas, whereas CDE Valle put up a fight.
Floorball Escorial won the first match against CDE Valle with good numbers, but the second semi-final match was tighter. CDE Valle was leading the match by three at the best, but Floorball Escorial was able to turn the tables around and in the end won the match 5-4.

Both CUF Leganes and Floorball Escorial won their semi-final pair 2-0 and will fight for the title 22nd of May.
