The regular season is over in Switzerland. Floorball Köniz and UHC Dietlikon were the teams that collected the most points. Now it’s time for the play-offs.

Men’s NLA

Floorball Köniz won the regular season with 57 points. The reigning champion, SV Wiler-Ersigen, took the second place with 51 points (photo by Erwin Keller). Grasshopper Club Zürich was only one point behind.

UHC Thun came last with 8 points. UHC Grünenmatt, UHC Uster and Waldkirch-St. Gallen were also in the bottom four and will face play-outs.

The first quarter-final match (Kloten-Bülach Jets vs Floorball Köniz) is already played today and the other series will start on Saturday. The men´s quarter-finals are played with a best of seven system.

Women’s NLA

Last season’s silver medallist UHC Dietlikon won the regular season with 54 points. Four points behind was Skorpion Emmental Zollbrück. The reigning champion, Piranha Chur, came third with 47 points. Unihockey Berner Oberland came last with only one point.

The quarter-finals start on Saturday and the women´s semi-finals are played with a best of five system.
