The Men´s EFC Qualification East ended to a match between Slovakian SK 1. FBC Trencin and Estonian Jögeva SK Tähe. Jögeva SK Tähe won the match with result 5-2 and therefore was qualified to the EFC Final Round.
In the morning also another men´s match was played, when SZPK-Nokia won Locomotive Kutaisi with result 19-0.

Winner of the qualification tournament, Jögeva SK Tähe, will play in the EuroFloorball Cup Final Round. The EFC Final Round will be played in Frederikshavn, Denmark on 14th to 18th of October 2009. Jögeva SK Tähe is the higher ranked qualified team from EFCQ West/East so they will play in Men´s Group B with SV Wiler Ersigen (SUI), SSK Vitkovice (CZE) and Tapanilan Erä (FIN).
