The Department of Sports and Recreation from Western Australia is funding Anne Suomalainen´s trip to Australia through its Coach in Residence Program and she has now arrived in Perth.

This program helps various sports to bring experienced coaches and players to Perth. The Floorball Assocaition of Western Australia (FAWA) is very happy that it was possible to receive this grant. Anne is running several training sessions for club teams and the women´s state team.

Furthermore she will also visit six schools and be part of a coaching course during her two and half weeks appearance in Perth. FAWA is convinced that this is a great opportunity for Floorball in Perth and so far; the trainings have shown that Anne´s presence is off great help for all the involved people.
