Floorball Club of Szeged (Szegedi Floorball Egyesület) have organised a floorball promotional event in Hungary in cooperation with of University of Szeged.

The aim of the event is to get more children involved in floorball and to have a floorball league for the regional primary schools up and running in the near future.

The promotional event also received media publicity as news from the event was published in the most popular regional newspaper.

The event began with a promotional match: University of Szeged against the Floorball Club of Szeged. Floorball Club Szeged won this match with result 2-0.

Afterwards 6 elementary school teams, that were registered beforehand, started their tournament. They were divided in two groups according to the ages of the players. Altogether 150 visitors were present: players, friends, family members and staff of the university. Hunyadi János Primary School won both groups as they had two teams participating the tournament.

This project was a second step, after the last event with 4 teams from 3 different primary schools.
