UHC Dietlikon could renew the best club team title when they defeated IKSU in a tight and entertaining final, which was only settled after penalty shots.

The Women´s EFC final was as tight and entertaining as expected when the two best teams of the tournament played versus each other. IKSU lead with both 1-0 and 2-1, but UHC Dietlikon could always come back from behind and the score was 2-2 after 60 minutes. As the teams could not score on overtime it was time for the penalty shoot out competition. Seven penalty shots were needed for both teams until Daniela Morf settled the match and the Swiss team UHC Dietlikon could celebrate their EFC victory
