SSV from Finland won the men´s elite category and Dekanka from Czech Republic the women´s elite category in the Czech Open 2007.SSV defeated IBK Dalen 3-0 in the final, after goals scored by Markus Huhtimo, Mikael Järvi and Tom Strömsten. This was the second time that a Finnish team won the tournament; HIFK took the gold in year 2000.

Dekanka repeated the last year´s victory after winning the final match versus another Czech team TJ JM Chodov 1-0. The only goal was scored by Svobodova.
