The Italian Floorball Association (F.I.U.F) is looking for Floorball instructors from around the world.

The Italian Floorball Association conducted a trial project during November 2006 – February 2007 to promote floorball in the schools of Rome. During these four months a total of 139 demonstrative lessons were held with 2.161 pupils attending. Apart from the lessons the project also organized a course for physical education teachers and school tournaments with 10 schools participating.

The project was held in collaboration with the local team Viking Roma Floorball Club and with the support of the technical sponsor, Zone.

Following this successful project the Italian Floorball Association now wants so organize similar projects in other Italian cities during the season 2007/08. Therefore FIUF now looks for young enthusiastic floorball players with some experience in holding floorball courses for beginners.

The model foresees that the foreign instructor holds demonstrative lessons 1 or 2 days a week. The local team assists in organizing the contacts with the schools and in finding a part-time job to help the instructor to maintain himself during his stay.
