The planned development committee within the German federation (DUB) has been founded last weekend. All four regions in Germany are now covered by skilled and enthusiastic volunteer workers, who manage and control the development activities in their respective areas.

The development work in Germany has already started and information can be found on web site www.unihockey.de the very next days. Both the German education committee and the development committee are planning to use the online course management system (CMS) Moodle, which is Open Source Software (OSS). A first trial installation on the DUB server will be carried out the next days.

DUB hopes that the development committee will speed up the development work in Germany the next year so that the current average annual growth rate of about 12% will increase significantly.
