Sweden won the Men´s U19 World Championships 2005 defeating Finland 6-2 in the Final match. Switzerland won the bronze medals defeating Latvia 8-3 in the match for 3rd place.
Russia won the B-Division defeating Slovakia 5-1 in the Final and is promoted to the A-Division 2007.

Poland won the relegation match versus Denmark to stay in the A-Division whilst Denmark will play in the B-Division 2007.
