Switzerland won the Women´s World Championships 2005 defeating Finland in the final 4-3. Sweden won the 3rd place match defeating Norway 15-1.

Denmark won the B-Division defeating USA 7-4 and has thereby qualified to the A-Division of the WFC 2007, to be played in Denmark.
