As from February 3, 2005, the IFF Central Board has lifted the suspension for Poland. The Polish FA have settled and paid all debts to IFF. The reason that Polish Floorball has been under suspension is the history of debts over an substantial period of time. IFF President Mr. Tomas Eriksson says: “I am happy for the sake of Polish development that we together with the new representative of PFA, Mr Marek Budzinski as President have settled the case and that the CB was able to take the decision to lift the suspension for Poland. Poland is a vital partner for the promotion of Floorball within Europe, and Poland has shown that it is a strong country in the development of the youth. I wish the very best to Mr Budzinski, the new President, and his team in developing Floorball in Poland and working together with IFF for Floorball in its Vision to be an Olympic Sport, states Mr Tomas Eriksson”.
