IFF has applied for membership of the International World Games Association – IWGA.

Earlier the IFF has asked the IWGA for observer status at the upcoming World Games in Duisburg in Germany July 14-24, 2005. The next World Games, where hopefully floorball will be a participant, is organized July 16-26, 2009, in Kaohsiung City, Chinese Taipeh.
